Welcome to the NJR User Support Portal

The NJR User Support Portal is a remote assistance service that allows a support technician to access your computer and quickly solve technical issues. This service allows the technician to view exactly what you see on your screen(s) and share control of your mouse and keyboard with you. All session traffic is encrypted for security and this service is FIPS-140-2 certified (a Federal Government Security Standard) by the National Institute of Standards and Technology.

Do not use this page unless instructed to do so by a support technician who has given you the required session key to enter below. If you need technical assistance, please contact the Help Desk before attempting to use this support portal.

During a support session, your technician will share your view of your screen, so before starting the session, we strongly recommend that you close any files or programs that display confidential data or files of a personal nature that are unrelated to the issue being diagnosed.

To begin your support session, enter the session key given to you by the support technician, then click Submit. Your browser will prompt you to download and run a small application. Once the downloaded application is launched, a chat window will appear where you may be prompted to accept the technician's request to share your screen and take control of your computer. When the session is ended, this software is removed from your computer automatically and the technician can no longer interact with your computer or view your screen.
